The Old Granary is a detached two-storey brick-built building in the grounds of the owners house.

• The nearest bus stop is in the market-place - 0.5 miles away.

• There are mainline railway stations at Scunthorpe - 10 miles away and at Doncaster 14 miles away.

• Main entrance to property is reached by 10 concrete steps leading to upper floor sitting room.

• There is a threshold of 70 mm when entering the property.
