The self catering cottage, 'The Old Granary' is on two levels. On the upper floor is an open-plan lounge with dining and kitchen area featuring quality fixtures throughout.
The double bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor with a door opening onto the garden.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the lounge. Outside is a patio area with table, chairs and a barbecue.
The Garden is extensive with mature trees, lawned areas and flower beds. There is also an unguarded ‘natural’ pond. All guests are welcome to make full use of the whole garden.
 
Lounge/Dining area
The lounge area has retained all its original charm with attractive exposed brickwork and vaulted beamed ceiling.

Two large windows offer views over the extensive garden and the countryside beyond.

A pair of twin-seater sofas provide a comfortable seating area, separated by an occassional table.

The flat-screen Freeview TV, stereo music centre and selection of books and games are provided for your entertainment.

Integrated Kitchen
The spacious upper floor of 'The Old Granary' has enabled us to incorporate a new fully fitted kitchen, conveniently positioned at one end of the room.

The kitchen area comprises modern units with generous cupboard and drawer space well stocked with utensils together with a large work surface complete with toaster, microwave oven and sink/drainer. The integrated appliances include electric fan oven, ceramic hob and refrigirator with freezer compartment.

An antique pine table and chairs along the side wall compliment the dining area.

The Bedroom
The comfortable double bedroom is located on the ground floor with views and access onto the garden.

Modern yet full of character having exposed beamed ceiling and natural wood floor, the light and airy bedroom is furnished to a high standard to include a double bed and two bedside cabinets, matching wardrobe and chest of drawers.

High quality bed linen, duvets and towels are all provided.

Shower Room
A fully tiled modern shower room, well equipped with new fittings throughout and comprising WC, hand washbasin and spacious shower cubicle.

A large heated towel rail, shaver point and vanity mirror complete the fittings.

For guests' added comfort, bathrobes and toiletries are provided.


Laundry Facilities
The downstairs hallway houses a washing machine and additional useful storage area.
